Minimum Initial Rental Term: Initial bookings require a minimum rental term of 32 nights.

Longer rental commitments: 10% from 2+ months, 20% from 4+ months, and 30% from 6+ months — contact us before booking.

Private Accommodation: All rooms are private and include access to shared bathrooms and common areas.

Additional Occupant: An additional occupant may be added to double rooms for €12 per day during the reservation process.

Cancellation Policy: No cancellations or modifications are permitted within 32 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.

Approved refunds: Excludes non-refundable payment processing fees (approximately 2% for domestic cards and 3% for international cards).
